Supernette Vermieter, tolles Haus mit allem Inventar was für einen angenehmen Urlaub nötig ist. Wir waren 8 Gäste und haben nichts vermisst. Das Ganze inmitten der herrlichen Berglandschaft ... hier kommt man gern wieder her.

Super nice landlord, great house with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. We were 8 guests and didn't miss anything. The whole thing in the midst of the beautiful mountain landscape ... you like to come back here.

Was für ein tolles Haus! Gleichzeitig sowohl urig und gemütlich als auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet!Sehr nette Eigentümer, perfekte Kommunikation und es fehlte an nichts. Die beiden Badezimmer sind zwar etwas klein, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.Da die Straße direkt unterhalb des Hauses durch eine Schranke versperrt ist, liegt das Haus sehr schön ruhig.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

What a great house! At the same time both rustic and cozy as well as very tastefully decorated! Very nice owners, perfect communication and nothing was missing. The two bathrooms are a bit small, but that didn't bother us. Since the street below the house is blocked by a barrier, the house is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back!

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Als tolles Plus wurden uns persönlich verschiedene Ausflugsziel je nach Wetter vorgeschlagen.Das Haus wurde sehr sauber an uns übergeben. Die Abwicklung unkompliziert und schnell.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wat een ge-wel-dig vakantiehuis in Ellmau! Groot, schoon en compleet. Linnengoed in overvloed, en na een week weer zo'n grote mand met handdoeken e.d.! We zijn zo geweldig ontvangen door onze gastvrouw! Alsof we familie waren! Ze heeft ons geholpen met allerlei tips en wetenswaardigheden! Hier voelden we ons een gast in ons 'eigen huis'!! Nou niet allemaal naar Ellmau, want wij zijn eerst!!!! :)

What a wonderful holiday home in Ellmau! Large, clean and complete. Plenty of linen, and after a week such a large basket with towels, etc.! We were so welcomed by our hostess! As if we were family! She helped us with all kinds of tips and information! Here we felt like a guest in us "own house" !! Well not everyone to Ellmau, because we are first !!!! :)

Bij de vorige reservering bij Belvilla zou ik een 'soort' waardebon van â¬10,- hebben gekregen, Zou worden verrekend bij de volgende reservering, Nu, na wederom bij Belvilla gereserveerd te hebben is dit bedrag niet verrekend, Het zal toch niet zo zijn dat opgebouwde credit maar een bepaald aantal maanden geldig is! Zou wel heel kinderachtig zijn!!!

De inrichting van het huis heeft is zeer sfeervol. De traditionele oostenrijkse buitenkant in combinatie met een modern interieur is uniek. Alle keukengerei is van goede kwaliteit en compleet. We voelden ons direct thuis. Een separate toilet zou nog een punt van aandacht kunnen zijn. Hoop dat het nog vrij is dan maken we direct weer een reservering.

The interior of the house is very atmospheric. The traditional austrian exterior in combination with a modern interior is unique. All kitchen utensils are of good quality and complete. We immediately felt at home. A separate toilet could be another point of attention. Hope it is still free then we immediately make another reservation.

Prachtig huis! Leuk ingericht, ruime moderne keuken. Prima badkamers. Leuke tuin (denk ik, lag nu heerlijk vol net sneeuw) zelfs sleetjes aanwezig! chalet ligt lekker rustig, geen doorgaand verkeer. Spar op loopafstand. Alles prima wandelend te bereiken &gt skiliften / hartkaiserbahn / centrum.

Prachtig huis met prima voorzieningen. Prettige ontvangst, goede support indien nodig. Rustige omgeving, op loopafstand van de skilift, de supermarkt en het centrum van Ellmau.

Unterkunft und Lage sind spitzenmäßig. Alles wirklich toll.Einziger Haken sind meiner Meinung nach die Toilettentüren. Diese sind nicht komplett verschlossen bzw. es sind Schiebetüren. Geschmackssache...Ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Es war ein super toller Urlaub!!!

Accommodation and location are great. Everything was really great. The only thing I think are the toilet doors. These are not completely closed or there are sliding doors. A matter of taste ... Otherwise we have nothing to complain about. It was a great great holiday !!!

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal da und haben unseren Aufenthalt wie immer sehr genossen.Das Haus und die Umgebung, vor allem der tägliche Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser, ist einfach traumhaft. Eine Woche zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Wir kommen wieder!

We were there for the third time and have enjoyed our stay as always very much. The house and the environment, especially the daily view of the Wilder Kaiser, is just gorgeous. A week to relax and unwind. We will be back!

Super schönes Haus! Wir können nichts schlechtes sagen. Alles war Wunderbar. Conny ist echt eine sehr nette und hilfreiche Gastgeberin. Das Haus hat alles was du brauchst. 10 zu Füß vom Zentrum entfernt und 2 min mit dem Auto vom Skilift entfernt. Super empfehlenswert! Super beautiful traditional Austrian style house. We can't say anything bad about it. Everything was wonderful. Conny is a really nice and helpful host. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. 10 min walk from city center and 2 min drive from Ski lift. Super recommendable!

Ein wunderschönes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Danke Conni und Harry, dass wir auch dieses Jahr wieder Eure Gäste sein durften. Alles perfekt und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten und guten Tips sind so nett. Wir haben uns wiederum richtig zu Hause gefühlt.

Goede service, mooie en nette woning met zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, echt alles was aanwezig. Broodjesservice is te regelen bij de locale bakker. Wij vonden het huis iets te ver van het dorp en de piste liggen om te gaan lopen met de kinderen maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Ruime, gratis parkeerplaats bij de Hartkaiserbahn als je toch met de auto gaat. In het huis is ook een ruimte aanwezig om je schoenen te drogen en skispullen neer te zetten. Echt een aanrader!

We found the house too far from the village and the slopes to go running with the kids but that's personal. Ample free parking at the Hartkaiserbahn if you're going by car. In the house is also a space there to dry your shoes and dropping ski equipment. Really recommended!

Dit huis voldoet aan alle wensen. Ruimte genoeg, net en schoon. Overal is aan gedacht, van een compleet ingerichte keuken tot koffiecups en een kast vol boeken en spellen. In huis zijn we niks tekort gekomen. De lokatie is ook prima. Je loopt snel naar het dorp of gondelbaan om de berg op te gaan. Compleet en luxe. Een schitterend huis.

Voor de tweede keer in chalet Kaiserliebe verbleven. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals uitgebreid kookgerei, strijkplank en wasmachine. Zeer goede ligging t.o.v het centrum en de gondel. We konden dit keer zelfs naar het huis skiën! Vanuit de woonkamer prachtig uitzicht en goede service van de gastvrouw. Wij hopen hier zeker nog een keer naar toe te gaan!

For the second time stayed in chalet Kaiser Liebe. The house is equipped as extended cooking utensils, iron and washing machine. Very good location to the center and the gondola. This time we could even ski to the house! From the living room stunning views and good service from the hostess. We hope here at least one more time to go to!

It was our first time travelling with Belvilla and the booking operatives spoke perfect English and were very helpful.The chalet was stunning both inside and out. The owner who went out of her way to pick us up from the bus stop when we first arrived thought of everything to add to the chalet to ease the stay.We would certainly return and recommend to others.

Voor de 2e keer een vakantie doorgebracht in dit mooie sfeervolle chalet en weer heerlijk genoten. Het voelt als thuis en voor Frau Müller is niets te veel en doet veel moeite om het je naar de zin te maken. Kortom een heerlijke locatie om tot rust te komen en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen.

For the 2nd time a vacation spent in this beautiful cozy chalet and again thoroughly enjoyed. It feels like home and for Frau Müller is nothing much and goes to great lengths to make you feel at home. Overall a wonderful place to unwind and equipped. We certainly hope to come back again.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Leuten eine Woche zum Skifahren im Chalet Kaiserliebe. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts! Ein großes Dankeschön auch hier nochmal an Fr. Müller die sich um alles gekümmert hat! So macht Urlaub Spaß! Wir werden wiederkommen.

Super fantastisch huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren met 5 volwassen (grootouders, dochters en schoonzoon) en 5 kinderen (18, 15, 13, 11 en 9 jaar). Ruime licht en mooi. Mooie grote eettafel om ook na het eten gezellig na te kletsen. Mooie ruime lounge bank voor de kids om op te liggen en hangen. Heerlijke bedden. Mooi terras waar je heerlijk in de zon kunt genieten van de rust en omgeving (uitzicht op de bergen, eendjes lopen door de achtertuin). Rustig straatje maar op loopafstand van het centrum. Het weer speelde ook mee (blauwe lucht, zon en super sneeuw). Zeer aan te raden voor gezinnen die samen op vakantie willen. Je hebt alle privacy.

Super fantastic house. The house is fully equipped. We were 5 adults (grandparents, daughters-in-law) and 5 children (18, 15, 13, 11 and 9 years). Spacious light and beautiful. Nice large dining table to chat after cozy even after eating. Nice spacious lounge sofa for the kids to lie on and hang out. Sumptuous beds. Nice patio where you can relax in the sun enjoying the peace and environment (mountain view, ducklings walking through the backyard). Quiet street but within walking distance of downtown. The weather also played (blue sky, sun and super snow). Highly recommended for families who want to holiday together. You have complete privacy.

Mooie wintersport gehad in Ellmau, de locatie van het huis is prima loopafstand van het dorp en skipiste. Het huis is ruim, netjes, schoon. Complete keuken, 2 nette badkamertjes, zelfs wasmiddel bij de wasmachine aanwezig. Keurig verzorgd!

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, ideal für Familien mit Kindern und bietet ein angenehmes Umfeld. Es befinden sich sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung egal ob Sommer oder Winter in unmittelbarer Nähe. Neben einer Vielzahl von guten und sehrguten Gaststätten in und um Ellmau herum bietet die Kommune selbst viele Veranstaltungen.Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in Ellmau bzw. Umgebung und werden bestimmt nochmals das Kaisergebirge besuchen. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Haus und schöner Urlaubsort.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in chalet Kaiserliebe. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtig uitzicht op het Kaisergebergte. Zeer veel wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden in de mooie omgeving van Ellmau. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw. Er is nog zoveel te zien en te doen dat we hier zeker terugkomen.

We had a lovely holiday chalet Liebe Kaiser. The house is nicely furnished and fully equipped. Magnificent views of the Kaiser Mountains. Many hiking and cycling in the beautiful surroundings of Ellmau. Nice and helpful hostess. There's so much to see and do that we will definitely come back here.

Tolles Haus, wir waren 3 Familien mit gesamt 3 Kindern! Traumhafte Lage, die Gondel ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Aussicht auf das Bergdoktorhaus. Schöne Terrasse - alles gut ! In der Gegend gibt es viel zu sehen Hintersteiner See (!!!! 1****), Festung Kufstein, Ellmis Zauberwelt, Hexenwasser, Stanglwirt, Kitzbühel und und und ….

Tijdens onze wintersportvakantie verbleven wij in chalet Kaiserliebe. Een prachtig huis, een keuken van alle gemakken voorzien! Elke avond koken was daarom zeer leuk, ook een leuke eethoek om met zijn allen aan te eten. Mooie carport, zodat de auto overdekt geparkeerd stond en een prachtig houten terras rondom het huis. Beneden een skikelder en nog een slaapkamer met mooi uitzicht. Aardige eigenaresse die zeer behulpzaam is. Het huis is aan een rustige weg gelegen, net buiten het centrum in de buurt van de Hartkaisertrein. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

During our winter holiday we stayed in chalet Liebe Kaiser. A beautiful house, a kitchen fully equipped! Therefore every night cooking very nice, a nice dining area to eat.'re All Nice carport, so the car was parked and a beautiful covered wooden terrace around the house. Down a ski room and a bedroom with a beautiful view. Nice owner who is very helpful. The house is located on a quiet road, just outside the city center near the train Hartkaiser. Repeating!

Perfect huis wij zijn in januari geweest dus niet buiten gezeten maar ze hebben een mooi terras. Binnen is het heel netjes ruime kamers lekkere bank en grote eethoek

Perfect home in January so we have been, but they have a nice terrace. Not sat outside Inside it is very neat spacious comfy couch and large dining area

Wir waren zum 4. mal in Ellmau und es hat uns, wie immer, sehr gut gefallen.

This was our 4th Ellmau times and enjoyed it, as always, very much.

Vacances inoubliables dans un endroit calme dans une belle et grande maison très agrle. Il ne manque rien dans les équipements et des petits "plus" tels que la machine espresso, le WIFI (très pratique pour préparer les sorties au jour le jour ... ou tout simplement rester connecté) font de cette maison, fra໬hement rénovພ (équipement de cuisine au top) un endroit exceptionnel.Les propriétaires sont disponibles et font preuve de rtivité pour toute question ( y compris des conseils touristiques).... Même s'ils ne vivent pas sur place ...-).Un grand merci pour l'accueil réservé aux clients.

Unforgettable holiday in a quiet location in a nice big house  the very agr. We hebben een super vakantie gehad, het huis is top, van alle gemakken voorzien. Omgeving geweldig mooi. Veel gewandeld en genoten van de mooie uitzichten. Kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt met het super zwembad op loop afstand. Kortom SUPER. en zeer tevreden.

We had a great holiday, the house is top notch, fully equipped. Amazing beautiful surroundings. Many walked and enjoyed the beautiful views. Children enjoyed themselves with the super pool within walking distance. SUPER short. and very satisfied.
